“Ugh, I'm tired...”

A tired, blue, blob-like character is working at a desk when an energy drink can with wings and a halo appears, offering to make its 'caffeinated dreams come true'. The character drinks the energy drink, becomes hyper, and then the energy drink angel flies away, leaving the character to collapse from exhaustion.
